A Winnipeg contractor approached us to consult on a custom home build, and we provided thoughtful design expertise to enhance the project. By reviewing the floor plans, we recommended strategic window placements — adding natural light where it mattered and simplifying where it didn’t. In other words, we removed windows and added windows where it mattered most – the dining room! This led to the dining room becoming the home’s most stunning and sought-after feature.

Our services on this project included 3D exterior renderings, exterior finish selections, and collaborative work on interior design details, materials and finishes. We also curated all the lighting selections, ensuring every space was beautifully illuminated. The result? A modern, inviting, and timeless home tailored to perfection.
